Workshop Description
Join us for an enriching ONLINE course exploring "Rumi in the Art of Illumination" with artist Nagihan Seymour.

Throughout this course, participants will delve into various Rumi motifs, exploring their design principles and integrating them with other biomorphic elements like florals, all within the context of its rich historical background. Step-by-step painting techniques will be meticulously taught, allowing students to apply them directly to patterns during interactive sessions.

Under the guidance of the instructor, students will learn how to craft their own Rumi patterns, bolstered by regular homework assignments to reinforce learning.

Embark on a journey of artistic discovery and creation as we uncover the beauty and intricacy of Rumi motifs in the realm of illumination art.
