Introduction to Copperplate (Majuscules)
With Nina Tran
Starting Date : 05 Mar 2023
Fees : HK$ 1,170 or US$ 150
Workshop Description
Join Nina in learning Copperplate -- a pointed-pen script that continues to be a favorite among calligraphers for its beautiful, elegant, and timeless letter forms.
This is Part 2 (majuscules) of her Introduction to Copperplate series. Although Part 1 (minuscules) is not a requirement to take this class, it is highly recommended that students have some previous knowledge of Copperplate minuscule letters.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will review the pointed pen basics and learn how to study and write the Copperplate majuscule letters stroke by stroke. From Nina's experience, the best way to learn is to roll up your sleeves and dive right in!
