When I sign up for a new digital service, I always check the 'Community Perks' or 'Value Dashboard' first to see how they treat their long-term users. But sometimes it’s hard to tell if the rewards are genuine or just bait. Are there any specific 'trust markers' in the design of these pages that I should be looking for?
